Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Marabeo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Marabeo is a cloud-based property management platform that includes sales CRM, marketing, payment collections, commission management, leasing, maintenance, construction management, task management, workspace notes, document management, AI assistant, and customer portal features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free Trial

New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial with access to Professional plan features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, your access will pause until you select a paid subscription plan. We will send reminders before your trial expires.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via PayPal. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. You can view invoices and payment history in your account settings.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or enter into the Service. We store your data securely in isolated workspaces and do not access it except as necessary to provide the Service, respond to support requests, or comply with legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Interfere with the operation or performance of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and documentation are owned by Marabeo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marabeo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
