By accessing and using the Management of Change (Marabeo) platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Marabeo platform for your organization's change management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Data and Privacy

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Marabeo or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
